Terms of Service

Every kit lists its ingredients, declared allergens, best-before guidance and origin. Kits containing common allergens (such as nuts, gluten, milk, soy, sesame, egg or sulphites) are clearly marked on their product pages.

You are responsible for checking allergen and dietary suitability against the physical labels on the packs you receive. KOST Pantry provides information to help you choose, but this does not constitute medical or nutritional advice and does not replace reading the actual pack. Images are stylised; actual batches, packaging and origin may vary — the physical label always governs.

KOST Pantry sells only ambient, shelf-stable packaged foods that ship worldwide without a cold chain.

We do not sell alcohol, dietary supplements, vitamins, medicines, or any fresh, chilled or frozen goods. We make no health, treatment, weight-loss or therapeutic claims. Product descriptions cover flavour, origin, use and ingredients only.

We ship only ambient, shelf-stable food and do not operate a cold chain or sell perishable goods. We ship worldwide; delivery times vary by destination. As the recipient, you are responsible for any destination import duties, taxes and local food-import rules, which are calculated by your destination and not by us. All prices are in USD and shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any amount taken.

Pantry Club and Pantry Curator are recurring subscriptions billed in USD. Each cycle you receive a curated box plus member benefits. Membership is not stored value and carries no credits or cash balance. You may skip, pause or cancel any cycle in your customer portal; skipping a cycle means no charge and no box that cycle. Undelivered cycles do not roll over.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account and pay. Registration and purchase by anyone under 13 is not permitted; those aged 13–17 may only use the service with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Kits intended for younger family members are bought by an adult on their behalf.

You agree not to misuse the site or resell in breach of these terms. Your use is also governed by our acceptable use policy, content licence and Pantry Match disclaimer.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a kit is limited to its purchase price. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
